Took a trip to Saltana yesterday for some MUCH NEEDED relaxation. CT peeps: if you haven’t checked them out yet, you are missing out! Between the zero-gravity chairs and soothing music, I left feeling completely re-charged after my one hour session in the Himalayan Salt Cave right here in Ridgefield, CT.
